Please join Network For Progress, a social and media-savvy community for those inspired by the "Yes We Can" Movement, and several great co-sponsors for our 3rd Annual State of the Union Progress Party at Local 16 - a great friend to Obama grassroots events since 2007!
This 2012 Kickoff event will be a great way for "Hope Mongers" to enjoy watching President Obama discuss our PROGRESS this past year, from killing Bin Laden and ending the war in Iraq (thngs he could control) to proposing an American Jobs Act that could create up to 2 million jobs and nominees to vital agencies like the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (things filibustered due to GOP obstruction) as well as his vision moving forward as we head into November.

Meanwhile, Hope Mongers joining us can learn about various grassroots opportunities this year and make friends or networking contacts...so come early to mingle as we will have name tags for the first 250 attendees!
VIDEO: "YES WE CAN" FLASHBACK (1/8/08)
Want to re-live a taste of great "Yes We Can" speeches? In honor of the recent New Hampshire Primary here is the best concession speech ever made that put this Movement on the map four years ago this week: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fe751kMBwms&feature=youtube_gdata_player
Now let's renew that spirit to fight for a "Mandate for Hope!" (over Fear) in 2013....and let's restore Nancy Pelosi back to her rightful place in that picture from two years ago!

*ABOUT NETWORK FOR PROGRESS
As of February 10, 2011, the fourth anniversary of the Obama For America campaign, Network For Progress will serve as an interactive and creative online/offline political, civic, professional and personally-enriching Community, Advocate & Resource for the lessons of the "Yes We Can" Movement of Hope and Change to expand on the work of Organizing For America with the Mainstream Majority of Americans (including Democrats, Progressives, Independents, Republicans and those in between comprising young people and many other under-served constituencies) that voted for President Obama in 2008.
Network For Progress will promote the use of 21st Century “bottom up” Communication, Outreach & Leadership/Development grassroots-organizing techniques for an honest dialogue to create the necessary Personal Relationships & Viral Buzz to build a Movement that is continually being revolutionized by the growth of Google, Facebook, Twitter, blogs and other networking tools but was under-utilized after Inauguration Day when the social, social media & Media vacuum of public discourse was filled by Tea Party/Fox News’ coordinated activism and only recently has been valiantly promoted by Jon Stewart’s quest for “Sanity.”
Network For Progress will provide a platform for supporters to become OUR own “Obama” who is empowered to bring PROGRESS to our professional and personal lives as well as our town, our state, our nation and our world as we approach 2012 and beyond.
“Network For Hope. Network For Change. Network For PROGRESS.”
